IM=X® Gift Cards

  1. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before class or stay after class inside the studio.
  2. The reformers in the studio have been rearranged to allow for a safe distance between clients.
  3. Clients who check in at the kiosk, please wipe it down after use with the provided disinfecting wipes. Alternatively, the instructor can check you in.
  4. Please do not store items in the common area. Instead please walk directly to the furthest Xercizer that is open. Please store shoes and any personal belonging under your Xercizer for the duration of class. After class finishes, please exit the studio immediately.
  5. Clients will enter through the main door and exit through the back door by the towers when class is complete.
  6. Masks: It is required throughout class, for the safety and protection of yourself and others.
  7. Personal supplies: You are welcome to bring your own mat or towel, ring, handles and foot-loops, gloves and/or socks as an added precaution.
  8. We have foot-loops and handles for personal purchase if you prefer not to use ours.
  9. Grip socks are always required during classes.
  10. All equipment must be cleaned after use, including hand and foot handles. Please wipe down everything you use. Please wipe down the reformer before you begin your class as well as an extra precaution.
  11. RSVP is required for all classes.
  12. Late Arrivals – If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for class you will not be allowed to participate.
  13. We ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy. If something comes up and you aren’t able to attend a session, please be extra diligent in cancelling your reservation to allow other participants to take your spot during this time of limited capacity.
  14. If you have been in contact with someone who is ill or tested positive for COVID-19 or are caring for someone who is ill, please do not attend class.
  15. If you have cold or allergy symptoms, are coughing or not feeling well please do not come to class.
  16. If you have been exposed to COVID 19, please quarantine at home for 14 days.
  17. You will have to sign a new liability waiver concerning COVID before attending your first class back.
