Arrival and In-Studio
First time clients, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, we want to make sure you are all set to work out with us and have an amazing experience from the start.
Grip socks are required.
Bring water to stay hydrated.
You can bring your own mat, ring, handles or foot loops.
Do not come in if you have cough or flu like symptoms.
After your session, please clean the machine and set it to the way you found it.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policies
You can schedule your session minimum 1/2 hour prior to the start of the class if there is an opening.
Should you need to cancel your session, please give us at least 3-hour notice for the private class, and 2 hours for the group class. It will be considered a late cancel and will result in a $15 penalty.
No-Show to the confirmed reservation will be charged as $15 penalty fee.
Late Arrivals will be allowed to participate 5 minutes after the start of the class. Each Instructor has her/his own discretion to limit participation.

This information has been put together to help you get the most out of your membership and work outs. Our Instructors are here to help you. If you have any questions about how to modify/intensify any exercises, please ask! There is plenty of time between classes to chat with us! We encourage you to schedule private sessions in addition to the group sessions to get more out of your work outs!
